Waiver of Liability

I agree and do hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless TLO Summit Ventures LLC and any of its agents representing or related to the company as regards to rental or use of space.  This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries or death and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this property.  The undersigned further agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of TLO Summit Ventures LLC property.
